Michael with the Wax Figure at the Guinness Museum

Michael with the Wax Figure at the Guiness Museum

Michael visits The Guinness Museum of World Records on The Fisherman’s Wharf to unveil a wax figure of himself. The historic figure is one of only two wax figures of Michael created from an actual life mask; It was sculpted by Oscar winning Hollywood makeup/special effects artist Rick Baker. As Michael climbed into the front window of the museum next to the wax figure, which was covered with a sheet of paper, crowds numbering more than 10,000 lined the streets; Jefferson Street was closed & helicopters flew overhead, marching bands were playing on the corner as he tore away the paper in front of the crowds (San Francisco).
